Choose fresh natural and organic foods, give your body the best of elements to build itself accordingly. Drink pure ater and ensure that the fluids in your body are pure and vibrant as well. Make sure you get lots of vitamins, nutrients and minerals through your food because they are absolutely necessary for your health and thus, skin. Eat foods with high water content, like watermelon, cantaloupe, apples, kiwi, oranges and watery veggies as well like tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, celery and zucchini. You need to get enough vitamin C and zinc to support healthy production of elastic and collagen in your body.
